Black Friday

BLAKROC.JPGBlack Friday is what the Americans call the day after Thanksgiving. Thanksgiving, for those of you that don’t know, is the day the USA celebrates the pilgrims slaughter, rape and pillage of the indigenous Indians of America back in the 17th Century.

It’s called Black Friday because its the start of the shopping season, gearing up for Xmas. This year Santa comes early if you’re a fan of The Black Keys, who have chosen Black Friday to launch a co-project with Damon Dash, which they are calling Blakroc.

Blakroc will has contributions from the likes of Mos Def, Raekwon, Q-Tip, RZA, Pharoahe Monch and the late ODB.
