This Thursday, 19th July, marks the start of a new night in Browns, celebrating some of the true greats of Cult Cinema. To kick things off with a bang we will be showing a masterclass in Horror, Stanley Kubrik’s harrowing vision of Stephen King’s ‘The Shining’.

Come and relive Jack Torrance’s descent into madness at The Overlook Hotel an find out what resides in room 237. Torrance, masterfully played by Jack Nicholson still remains one of cinemas most iconic images.

We will be showing this classic free of charge over two projectors accompanied by a ‘Shining’ inspired cocktail menu and Popcorn with a twist! We will also be showcasing some of Coventry’s very own local talent starting with Brian Harley’s award winning short – ‘Eventide’.
